Requirements for New Students
  • For Pre-School: Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA)
  • For Elementary: Birth Certificate, Report Card/Form 138/SF9, Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • For Junior High School: Birth Certificate, Report Card/Form 138/SF9, Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • For Transferees: Transfer Credentials
Procedure for Admission/Enrollment
  1. Register through the Online Portal
  2. Answer and Submit the Application Form
  3. Open the email you registered with and check for a verification email. Click “verify”.
  4. You’ll receive an email with a pre-filled application, list of requirements, and Google link for uploading documents.
  5. Submit the scanned requirements as instructed.
  6. Wait for confirmation in the Dashboard, then proceed to the school for screening.

Note: After confirmation, go to Maria Montessori Holy Christian School Inc. for interview and screening. Then proceed to the cashier for payment.
